Sherry Lebed Davis is one of the foremost authorities on the use of movement and therapeutic exercise for healing both physically and emotionally and is the co-founder of Healthy-Steps, a therapy, movement, and exercise program for all ages designed to help participants thrive! Healthy-Steps has been shown to improve overall wellness, range-of-motion, balance, strength and endurance, as well as emotional well-being and self-image, and has been proven to enhance the well-being of those with cancer and other chronic illnesses. Sherry has been featured in People Magazine, Fitness Magazine, the New York Times, Coping, CURE, and on the Today Show, just to name a few, and we are thrilled to now welcome her to the R2R community!
