Southwest Georgia (SOWEGA) Council on Aging
Megan received her Bachelor of Applied Science in Social and Community Services from Northern Arizona University. She is continuing graduate studies at Northern Arizona University in pursuit of a certificate in Positive Behavior Support, and will further her education by pursuing a master's degree in Sociology. Megan has worked with the Southwest Georgia (SOWEGA) Council on Aging (COA) for three years promoting better health and wellness in the aging community. Currently she serves as the Wellness Coordinator for SOWEGA COA and has had the privilege of receiving a mini grant from Emory CPCRN in 2008, and implementing the "Little by Little" program in the Dougherty County Site 1 Senior Center.
